Managing Scheduled Reviews of the documentation

Follow this process to manage scheduled review of any documentation.

Clinicians

1.

At the beginning of each year, discuss and agree the review schedule for the year. Advise Streamliners.

2.

Publish the review schedule so that everyone can look it up as required.

Document Owners

3.

When your section is due for review, contact Streamliners to discuss the options for reviewing your topics and requesting changes (Streamliners can provide a Word version of the relevant sections upon request.)

 

4.

Review your documents and contact Streamliners.

5.

Update the documents.

 

6.

Update the Review Schedule (even if no changes were needed).

 

7.

Publish the draft to the Streamliners drafting site and notify the document owner that it is ready to review.

8.

Review the draft and request further changes, if required. When you are happy that the documentation is correct, and have involved as many of the other stakeholders as appropriate, email Streamliners with permission to update the live site.

When you receive permission to release the document, update the live site.

Notify all staff affected by the change.
